Upcoming Events

 

Open Riding has begun!  Wednesdays 5:30-7:00AM and occassional weekend riding.  Offical Open Riding schedule begins November 4th.  Choose from a drop in, 5-pack, 10-pack or unlimited monthly riding.  Click HERE to see week's schedule.  

 

Mornings with Morrisey -  Begins November 4th.  A semi-coached periodized class where the coach is on his/her own bike doing the workout alongside the cyclists all in a purposeful and fun environment.   These sessions are included in any open riding package.  Days offered, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:30-7:00AM.  

 

21-week OFF Season Periodized Cycling Program - This once a week, 75 minute in duration class is designed by certified USA Triathlon and Cycling Coach Heather Haviland and lead by certified coaches while OFF the bike.  These classes provide cyclists of all levels to train indoors with purpose and structure. As fitness increases additional tests are performed to determine performance changes throughout the 21 weeks.  More information HERE

 

TRI Swim - A periodized 10-week swim program geared for the triathlete wanting to improve their comfort, confidence and fitness in the water.  Tuesday and Friday mornings, October 8th through December 20th, choose 1 to 2x per week.  More information HERE.  

 

Strength for the Endurance Athlete - This 60-minute strength and power based, sport specific weight training session is geared for the endurance athlete.  Monday & Wednesdays 5:30-6:30am OR 6:00-7:00pm, and Saturdays 8:30-9:30am.  Fall II session begins November 11th.   More information HERE.

 

Junior Cycling and Strength Program -  These weekly training session are held Wednesdays, and will be geared for the junior cycling and/or triathlete, ages 11-19 years old.  Each training session will consist of a cycling and strength session and is ideal for any junior cyclists preparing for any type of cycling racing, including mountain bikes and triathletes that are either doing drafting OR non drafting triathlons.  Begins Wednesday, November 13th.  More information HERE.

We offer specific structured cycling & strength classes, open rides, testing, clinics on various topics and coaching for the Cyclist, Runner and Triathlete all under one roof.
Available amenities include locker rooms with showers, coffee, recovery room, service course, and bicycle storage.
