Thomson Remo, Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Specialist, helps athletes develop greater capacity for high-performance through resistance training--focusing on developing strength, improving power output, and reducing risk of injury. Additionally, Thomson offers Strength & Conditioning programs geared toward fat-loss and general physical preparation for recreational athletes.
