This periodize group strength session is designed for the endurance athlete to increase strength, power and injury resistance. Most endurance athletes understand the benefits of strength training; however, many are unsure of how to go about implementing strength work into their training regimen or unmotivated to make time. This 6-week, 2x/week for 45-minute session will help build a platform for a balanced and stronger body for the upcoming season. Each session will begin with dynamic warm up then a circuit style workout, including using TRX, Stability Balls and more. Total class duration: 45 minutes, 6-week sessions.
Day, Times & Dates of Sessions: Monday & Wednesday choose from 6:30-7:15AM OR 5:45-6:30PM
- October 1st through November 9th
- November 12th through December 21st
- January 7th through February 15th
- February 18th through March 29th
Cost: $199 per 6-week session.
